Hi everyone,
Ooh, another month flew past, and we are now into autumn /fall in the northern hemisphere, and it’s getting darker and cooler!
Hope everyone is keeping well and safe wherever you are.
The first show in October was a smashing success!
Fergie was so fun to chat with, and we were trending for 2 days! Fergie shared some mischief and how he made his mum laugh. We all had a giggle and enjoyed listening to Fergie’s fab life.
Next up, we dedicated the OTLFP to our friend Peyton, who ran over the rainbow bridge the week before. Peyton left Twitter/X and moved over to BlueSky, but her legacy lives on. Lots of friends came to share their love and memories and hopes that Peyton’s family felt the love at this sad time.
For the next show, we had Maggie, giver of hugs, who shared her love of mischief and playing and never having too many toys and blankets! Fun times with Granny, and homemade cookies, and the food beard was funny too. Oh, and it was another smash hit show that got OTLFP trending again!
We hosted a beach party at the last show of the month after all the chatter about fun, games, and yummy snacks from our recent interactive shows! Jerry and Pumpkin helped with snacks and drinks from the Cucina van. There was lots of fun and beach fun with pals building sandcastles, surfing and a great time was had by all.
In the OTLFP adoption segments, we also featured lots of pets in rescue needing homes. We hoped that the featured pets would find their forever homes very soon.
Good luck to Anna in London with All Dogs Matter, and Pixie from Pet Rescue in Australia.
We are also keeping our paws crossed for all the other pets in rescue centres who are all waiting patiently for someone to give them a second chance at a forever home.
Remember, there are all ages, shapes and sizes ready and waiting for you in rescue centres worldwide! So if you are looking for a new furbaby, adopt; don’t shop!
It’s fireworks season now in the UK, so everyone please make sure that microchips are up to date with information.
Also, with darker days, make sure you are visible with flashing collars or reflective things attached to your lead. Be safe, and be seen!
With increased storms and weather trouble, make sure that your humans check fences and boundaries to make sure that your garden/yard is safe!
Be safe, everyone!
We have a fun-filled diary of guests planned for November and beyond, so hopefully, we’ll see you there!
If you have any ideas on guests we could feature, please message @MillieOTLFP @Pixie_Tooth or @OfftheleashFP
So until next time, keep safe, and we look forward to seeing you all for the shows next month.
Love and hugs, Millie, Pixie, and the #OTLFP team
