Nipclub June 25, 2026: Sekurity Update

Nipclub June 25 sekurity update

Nipclub June 25th, 2026, Sekurity Update by Slinky, @Slinky_the_Cat, Sekurity Agent, Late Nite shift

It was Sergeant Pepper’s theme night!

The FIFA game between the USA and Turkey was on the big screen in the bar! Pearl had fun red drinks and cookies shaped like vinyl records set out as I arrived. Goooaoooooolllllllll! USA scored again! Woot Woot!

Moo wanted to celebrate with a drink at the bar after she finished her shift. Paraguay and Australia had also played today.

Pearl and I talked about the weather as usual: rain at my human’s home, and some hail, too! Jeego sent us some smoked salmon from the Pacific Northwest, so Pearl sliced it up and served it to everyone. FIFA’s extensive games, team rivalries, and overall complexity proved difficult for us to comprehend. We pulled up a huge chart of the teams, and it just confused us more.

The UK experienced extreme heat, reported Harvey, while Turkey secured victory over the USA. Oh, well. We had more food and stronger drinks after that match!

Angus, Louis, and I started LATE NITE, and the whole point of the party is The Beatles’ Seargeant Pepper album, so we listened to The Beatles’ music until we closed! LATE NITE centers on music. Louis and Angus tried to figure out what to play.

I realized no one had seen Gator, and Pearl wasn’t sure if he had arrived or if he was shadow banned again. We looked around and figured he left after making all the food! Gator had made gorgeous cupcakes with tiny buttercream yellow submarines on them.

Delightful!

Out came the purple cocktails, and we danced to retro Beatles’ songs! Some songs, like those by Lenny Kravitz, stood out.

Pearl served an incredible peanut butter cheesecake with Reese’s peanut butter cups and chocolate ganache. It was like creamy, dreamy candy. The music was fun and nostalgic, and the drinks were flowing! Conversations about music began: should we select additional Beatles tracks, or introduce variety with other artists? I suggested early Beatles and maybe a few British Invasion songs.

Pearl left the bar to me, so I helped with food and beverages for another hour. Someone mentioned bangers and mash after I asked if anyone wanted noms, so I served a delicious British Isles favorite dinner.

Anyway, it turned into a British Invasion music festival with some added stout and Strawberry Fields Forever cocktails. We had so much fun dancing and we listened to The Rolling Stones, Traffic, Dusty Springfield, The Raspberries, etc. Louis and I talked while he was in the DJ booth, and I mixed drinks and set out desserts for the diehard LATE NITE crew.

We had fun, and we stayed up very late, 1-1/2 hours after Pearl left! It might have been a record. Music made us forget what time it was!

Until next week!
