History: “Once upon a time, there were some blogging cats. My cat Sanjee noticed as Catmas drew near. Sanjee met friends from all around the world through cat blogging. As drew near in 2005, they noticed a number of their friends were blue. Their friends were far from family, didn’t celebrate Catmas like their other friends, or were just stuck home alone. Well, that was too sad to the Hotties. So she and decided to have a party for their friends around the world who would otherwise sit home alone. It is an all winter holiday pawty, and we hope all pals of all traditions or religions will join us. Over the years, it grew into the 12 hours online Christmas Eve party it is today with over 50 helpers and pwize donors making #CatmasEve go fun and go big. In time Sanjee and her duk @georgetheduck could no longer be showrunner due to Typist health problems. Friend @Kittehboi stepped up to run it, thank goodness!

We support Black Cat Rescue. Why? We support Black Cat Rescue as black cats are half as likely to be adopted as cats of other colors. Plus, we love us some black cats as well as other color cats. You do NOT have to donate with money. Being there and keeping the pawty rolling is just as impawtant.. And we accept real world pwizes to give as door-and-quiz pwizes. It’s all good. Just come pawty with us so you don’t have to sit alone.
